Starting an honeypot

From time to time I read stats of honeypots from various security researchers, reading their stats I started becoming curious about looking into one, so some weeks ago I built one using Cowrie.

I already shared some stats of it on my twitter account but in the future I plan to share a more comprehensive analysis of the data I log.
